Here’s the part I think you’ll appreciate: AAA inspectors visit hotels annually without announcing their arrival, remaining anonymous to experience the property more like a guest would. Their evaluations cover 82 inspection points, including guest rooms, bathrooms, public spaces, amenities, and service.
