HOW DOES TRANSPORTATION WORK?

‍We partner with one of the most trusted transportation providers in each destination to make the process simple for you and your guests.

Approximately three months before your wedding, we’ll receive a dedicated booking link preloaded with your resort information. From there, each family or travel party can easily book and pay for their own transportation directly from their phone.

Private vehicles can typically accommodate up to six guests traveling together on the same flight, making it easy for families and travel parties to book one vehicle together.

PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION: OUR RECOMMENDATION

‍For everyone’s comfort — and peace of mind — we recommend that each family or travel party book their own private transportation.

‍This gives each family a dedicated vehicle and driver assigned to their reservation. The transportation team will monitor their flight, be ready for their arrival, and take them directly from the airport to the resort.‍

No waiting for other travelers. No additional hotel stops. Just grab your bags, meet your driver, and head straight to paradise.

THE GOLDEN RULE: SAME FLIGHT = SAME TRANSPORTATION

We recommend booking transportation based on who is actually traveling together on the same flight.

If you’re traveling together on both your arrival and departure flights, simply book a round-trip reservation together.

If your group changes between arrival and departure, book one-way transportation each way.

For example, six guests arriving on the same flight can share one van. If they return home on three different flights, they can book three separate departure reservations.

Shared transportation can be more economical, but guests share the vehicle with other travelers and may experience airport waiting times, additional resort stops, earlier return pickups, and longer travel times.
