1. Build your squad. Retain a Travel Agency and Wedding Coordinator!

Sure - you can do it all alone, but this is your first destination wedding and you're not practicing for the next two or three. So get some certified experts on your team that have solid relationships and expertise to get things right on the first shot! We will first create a project management planning board that will keep us all on track and in communication. Our goal as a team is to simplify destination wedding planning and give you back your time. We will do the heavy lifting for you!  Our goal is to secure your wedding venue, negotiate the best rates (for your guests) and cash back rebates (for you), create and send your invites via text and email, build your custom wedding website, communicate frequently with your guests, and prepare everyone for travel! (Our wedding coordination team can plan even the smallest details of your wedding event and weekend)

2. Secure the wedding venue and room block!

At this stage, our goal is to help you find and secure the PERFECT venue, negotiate the best rates for your guests and cash back rebates for you.

Just Book It Travel will help you find a balance between what you love about a destination and how to make it affordable and accessible to both you and your guests. Try not to stress too much over your total wedding budget in the very beginning because destination weddings are very flexible. We can opt for anything from a simple wedding ceremony package to an all weekend itinerary of events, and it can be scaled up or down almost up until your wedding day. Be sure to ask us about various destination wedding packages to some of our most favorite resorts!

Its best to reserve venues between 9 - 13 months in advance keeping in mind that Saturday evening weddings are in high demand.

We would love to help with making recommendations on venues - do you have any destinations in mind? (Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica are our top all-inclusive favorites) Do you have any resorts in mind that you love so that we can see an idea of your style? Are children invited? What's most important to you?

3. Inform your guests!

Whether this is some of your guests first time traveling out of the country or whether they're all world travelers, we will ensure that they are well informed every step of the way!

Our team will build out a custom webpage and booking engine for your group and incorporate all of your preferences for the wedding event and logistics. Guests will "RSVP" for your wedding by clicking the "RSVP / Book Now" button on your webpage. You'll always know who has RSVP'd by refreshing the "live guest list" that we'll provide you with. You'll also have the ability to track your cash back rebates and group concessions on your "live guest list".

We can send out the virtual Save the Dates via text and email to your guest list as soon as you'd like! Ask us to show you an example of one of our custom websites and virtual Invites.

When you send off invites, it is our goal to be the point of contact for your guests. If you send 100 invites, we do not want 100 guests all texting you and asking the same questions! (We'll make sure your booking page is very thorough and informative to prevent this)

4. Let us worry about the travel logistics!

As a future wedding couple, we want you to spend your time enjoying engagement bliss, and not answering questions or trying to help find your guests the best travel deal. We assure you that your guests will always pay less than internet rates and have the ability to setup flexible payment plans with us due to our Price Match Guarantee. Please refer all guests to us - We have you covered!

5. Relax and plan the wedding event!

A destination wedding gives couples great flexibility to channel their creative side, or just arrive and enjoy the experience we curate!

Each wedding couple will be assigned a complimentary onsite wedding coordinator at the venue of their choice. For couples that need extra help with the planning of details, we can discuss how hiring our independent wedding coordinators can add additional layers of attentiveness and accountability for even the smallest of details over your entire wedding weekend. Whether you're planning a welcome party, a send off brunch, a rehearsal dinner, a first look, or any other special events, our wedding coordinators can walk you through wedding and decor planning right away from start to finish, and physically be there to ensure that your wedding is executed to perfection on Game Day!

No matter which route you take, we will be here from the beginning to end!
