Can I bring a guest or guests with me?
Please check with your group host in regards to exclusivity! But generally, the more - the merrier :)
When is the RSVP date?
Prices are subject to change until a deposit is made. There is no specific RSVP date - just be mindful that flight and hotel prices are subject to both availability and price fluctuation. The deposit is generally $50 for the hotel or $200 for the flight/hotel package.
What does “All-Inclusive mean”?
All-Inclusive resorts offer: All you can eat (gourmet restaurants and buffets), All you can drink (alcohol, mixed drinks, daiquiris, and non-alcoholic beverages), Entertainment (the resort will have daily and nightly activities including shows and a night club), Water Sports (kayaking, paddle boarding, and other non-motorized water sports are typically included), Room Service includes 24-hour room service of food. (Check the resort link in your invite for specific amenities offering at your resort)
What is the payment plan?
A $200 per person deposit is required to lock in your rate, flight, and room. (If you are reserving only the hotel room, the deposit is $50 per person) Your remaining balance is due 45 days of the trip, or per your travel itinerary. (Each airline has different guidelines) You can choose to make partial payments in between or a lump sum payment when the balance is due.
How do I make payments?
Please visit www.justbookittravel.com/payments to make a payment. You can pay via PayPal, Square Cash, Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, or Bank of America deposit. You will receive a formal emailed receipt with your remaining balance within 24-48 hours of your payment.
Can I purchase "Cancel for any reason" trip protection insurance? Is my deposit refundable?
"Cancel for any Reason Trip Protection insurance" is highly recommended as it provides "no questions asked" cash back in the event of cancellations, vacation medical insurance and lost luggage insurance. This optional insurance insurance must be purchased at the same time of booking your trip and a quote will be provided when you RSVP. Without the purchase of travel insurance, you will receive a travel voucher for cancellations, for future travel typically anywhere globally.
Does the price include round-trip transportation from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa?
Yes, for most all-inclusive vacations! The price of your trip may include your transportation to and from the resort/airport. You will receive detailed Trip Instructions within 7 days of your trip that contains this information. (If you only book a hotel-stay, please email your travel agent flight itinerary information to ensure that your transportation is arranged 30 days prior to travel.) Please check your confirmed itinerary to ensure transportation inclusion, as certain destination are excluded.
Can I upgrade my room?
Absolutely! As long as the hotel has availability, you can upgrade your room to categories such as Ocean View, Swim-Out (pool outside your balcony), Ocean Front (Ocean outside of your balcony), VIP (Butler Services), or any other room that your resort offers. (Upgrade options are typically provided with your initial quote or upon request)
What is the benefit of using Just Book It Travel?
We request that all guests utilize our dedicated planner & travel coordinator, Shonté Alcé, of Just Book It Travel, as it will help us to keep the entire group organized and informed of logistics and updates. Since everyone will receive a group discount, you’ll always pay less by using Just Book It Travel versus booking on your own and most importantly, you will receive concierge level service from Shonte, the Travel Coordinator. Just Book It Travel has been entrusted to maintain the guest list, keep the group organized, and to keep the group informed of updates and traveling logistics. We will receive official RSVP lists from Just Book It Travel. Additionally, Just Book It Travel has a Price Match Guarantee policy and can arrange flexible payment plans, making your travel arrangements even more affordable and convenient. Just Book It Travel can also meet or beat any itineraries on Expedia, Orbitz, Travelocity or anywhere online.
Can I travel with a companion that is flying from a different city than me?
Yes! Let Just Book it Travel know which cities each guest is traveling from and we can arrange that. Just Book It Travel can arrange travel from anywhere.
What if I need to cancel my trip and I did not purchase Travel Protection?
Please refer to the cancellation fee schedule at the bottom of your itinerary. If you purchased Travel Protection, ignore this fee schedule. (If you booked during the pandemic, you may receive a travel voucher for trip cancellation)
Can I book just the hotel with Just Book It Travel and book my flight separately or on points?
Yes! You can either contact to book your flight at a later time or you can book your flight separately. Just remember to send an email with your detailed flight itinerary so that Just Book It Travel can arrange your ground transportation.
What if I find a price that is cheaper than Just Book It Travel?
Just Book It Travel has a "Price Match Guarantee" policy. If you find a cheaper rate, please send an email with a screenshot of the cheaper itinerary that you found. If it is an apples to apples trip, you will receive the lower rate. Be sure that your screenshot includes flight times, ground transportation, and hotel room category. Sometimes, it is possible to find Non-Refundable trips online that are cheaper, but require full up front non-refundable payments (without payment plan options). It is also very common to find flights online that contain restrictions that do not allow you to select your seats next to your travel companion or prior to boarding. Be very careful when comparing online rates to ensure that you're booked in the main cabin. Just Book It Travel attempts to find the lowest rate possible with the ability to make a flexible payment plan arrangements, the ability to pre-select flight seats, and with refundable options in the event of an emergency.
Will there be any other events during the weekend that I should prepare for?

Does Just Book It Travel LOVE referrals?
Yes! This is a great question. Just Book It Travel is a woman-owned and managed small business that is 100% reliant on "word of mouth" referrals. Do I need to have my passport prior to making my deposit for the trip?
No! Passports are required at the time of travel. As long as you provide Just Book It Travel with your full legal name, you can arrange travel in advance. Instructions to apply for passports can be found here. Please allow 8-12 weeks for standard passport applications to process following your scheduled appointment with a passport "acceptance facility". If you do not obtain your passport prior to travel, you are responsible for any associated cancellation fees.
