1. Decide on a Destination - We are experts in All-Inclusive Destinations in the Caribbean (Mexico, Jamaica, DR). Our primary company mission is to plan destination weddings in these locations. Please see our Destinations Page for a list of exclusive resorts that we LOVE! If you are interested in other destinations, we are happy to help you with planning, but may charge a consultation fee for the customized experience.
2. Choose travel dates and a realistic budget. If you are unsure of a realistic budget, please feel free to ask us if your budget is reasonable for your travel dates. A general rule of thumb is searching for flight prices for your destination and then considering the cost for (quality) hotel accommodations + (amazing) food + lots of fun + transportation. We make vacation dreams come true, but we are not magicians ;) By providing us a budget, we are able to ensure that you get the best vacation experience and most bang for your buck!
We want you to come home RANTING AND RAVING about your experience! If you are looking for last minute specials and without quality service, we invite you to book on Expedia :)
3. Please provide as much information as possible. The more information we have, the better we can help curate the most amazing vacation experience.
4. Check your email frequently and check spam! You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with a pricing quote and customized itinerary options based on your inputs within 2-3 business days. You will also obtain deposit and payment plan options. (Add us to your contact list to prevent our emails from landing in your spam folder)
5. PACK YOUR BAGS! Seriously - Please let us do the rest! We got you - pack up, and let us handle your arrangements.

Can I bring a guest or guests with me?
Please check with your group host in regards to exclusivity! But generally, the more - the merrier :)
When is the RSVP date?
Prices are subject to change until a deposit is made. Be mindful that flight and hotel prices are subject to both availability and price fluctuation. Refer to the group invite for the deposit requirements.
What does “All-Inclusive mean”?
All-Inclusive resorts typically offer: All you can eat (gourmet restaurants and buffets), All you can drink (alcohol, mixed drinks, daiquiris, and non-alcoholic beverages), Entertainment (the resort will have daily and nightly activities including shows and a night club), Water Sports (kayaking, paddle boarding, and other non-motorized water sports are typically included), Room Service includes 24-hour room service of food. (Check the resort link in your invite for specific amenities offering at your resort - All inclusive resorts are not created equal)
What is the payment plan?
Payments are generally flexible if your trip is booked at least 60 days prior to travel. You can choose to make partial payments in between or a lump sum payment when the balance is due. Please refer to your invoice or the group invite for the payment due date.
How do I make payments?
Please refer to your invoice for your customized payment link. You will receive a formal emailed receipt with your remaining balance within 24-48 hours of your payment and automated monthly payment reminders.
If I am sharing a room with a friend, can we make separate payments?
Absolutely! Just keep in mind that all automated reminders will contain the TOTAL balance remaining for the entire itinerary. Consider yourself married to this person(s) until the trip occurs. Please change the "authorized" payment amount to your portion of the balance or your partial payment amount when making payments.
Can I purchase "Cancel for any reason" trip protection insurance? Is my deposit refundable?
"Cancel for any Reason Trip Protection insurance" is highly recommended as it provides "no questions asked" cash back in the event of cancellations, vacation medical insurance and lost luggage insurance. This optional insurance insurance must be purchased at the same time of booking your trip and a quote will be provided when you RSVP. Without the purchase of travel insurance, you are responsible for any cancellation fees as outlined on your invoice.
Does the price include round-trip transportation from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa?
Please refer to your invoice. The price of your trip may include your transportation to and from the resort/airport. You will receive detailed Trip Instructions within 7 days of your trip that contains this information. (If you only book a hotel-stay, please provide your flight information by filling out this form) Please check your confirmed itinerary to ensure transportation inclusion, as certain destinations are excluded.
Can I upgrade my room?
Absolutely! As long as the hotel has availability, you can typically upgrade your room to categories such as Ocean View, Swim-Out (pool outside your balcony), Ocean Front (Ocean outside of your balcony), VIP (Butler Services), or any other room that your resort offers. (Upgrade options are typically provided with your initial quote or upon request - Be sure to visit your hotel page to see all room categories offered by your specific property)
What is the benefit of using Just Book It Travel?
We request that all guests utilize our dedicated planner & travel coordinators of Just Book It Travel, as it will help us to keep the entire group organized and informed of logistics and updates. Since everyone will receive a group discount, you’ll always pay less by using Just Book It Travel versus booking on your own and most importantly, you will receive concierge level service from the Dream Team, our Travel Coordinators. Just Book It Travel has been entrusted to maintain the guest list, keep the group organized, and to keep the group informed of updates and traveling logistics. We will receive official RSVP lists from Just Book It Travel.
Can I travel with a companion that is flying from a different city than me?
Yes! Let Just Book it Travel know which cities each guest is traveling from and we can arrange that. Just Book It Travel can arrange travel from anywhere.
What if I need to cancel my trip and I did not purchase Travel Protection?
Please refer to the cancellation fee schedule at the bottom of your itinerary. If you purchased Travel Protection, ignore this fee schedule. (If you booked during the pandemic, you may receive a travel voucher for trip cancellation)
Can I book just the hotel with Just Book It Travel and book my flight separately or on points?
Yes! You can either contact email@example.com to book your flight at a later time or you can book your flight separately. Just remember to provide your detailed flight itinerary HERE so that Just Book It Travel can arrange your ground transportation.
What if I find a price that is cheaper than Just Book It Travel?
Just Book It Travel has a "Price Match Guarantee" policy.
Will there be any other events during the weekend that I should prepare for?
We suggest that you check with the group host or stay tuned for update emails for this information. Please stay tuned for further information as the trip approaches.
Does Just Book It Travel LOVE referrals?
Yes! This is a great question. Just Book It Travel is a woman-owned and managed small business that is 100% reliant on "word of mouth" referrals. Do I need to have my passport prior to making my deposit for the trip?
No! Passports are required at the time of travel. As long as you provide Just Book It Travel with your full legal name, you can arrange travel in advance. Instructions to apply for passports can be found here. Please allow 8-16 weeks for standard passport applications to process following your scheduled appointment with a passport "acceptance facility". If you do not obtain your passport prior to travel, you are responsible for any associated cancellation fees.
