Can I bring a guest or guests to Europe? What if I don’t have a roommate?
Absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring as many guests as you’d like. The hotel rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 adults. European rooms are smaller than USA rooms. (Solo travelers pay a premium because the cost of the room is not split between 2 people.) We highly recommend that everyone find a roommate. We are creating a list of people that are seeking roommates. We can pair you with someone and the two of you can connect and meet to decide if it’s a good match before you book!
What if Europe does not let Americans back in due to COVID restrictions?
We are hoping that Europe will loosen restrictions and allow Americans into the country for tourism in the very near future. In the event that this does not happen prior to your travel dates, you will be reimbursed in the form of a travel voucher good for travel through 2022. (Please do not make partial payments on this trip unless you are fine with this worst-case scenario of receiving a travel voucher in the event that you cancel this trip for any reason)
When is the RSVP deadline?
The deadline was August 31st at a guaranteed rate of $2,300 per person (double occupancy). Please click RSVP and we will provide you a quote with the latest pricing if you did not RSVP and submit your deposit prior to August 31st.
What is the payment plan?
The $300 initial deposit locks in your rate and reserves your flights and hotel rooms. Feel free to make payments along the way or a lump sum final payment 45 days prior to the trip.
How do I make payments?
Can I purchase Trip Insurance?
Just Book It Travel strongly recommends "cancel for any reason" travel protection insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or trip interruptions. Without insurance, the deposit is refundable in the form of a travel voucher. If you cancel 31 or more days prior to departure, you will receive all of your cash back, except your $300 deposit will be refundable via travel voucher (if you do not purchase trip protection insurance.) A "Cancel for any reason" trip protection insurance quote will be provided to you at the time your itinerary is confirmed. You have 5 days to purchase "Cancel for any reason" trip protection insurance.
What if Europe does not open up to Americans?
We have confidence that travel restrictions to Europe will be lifted far in advance of July 2021, however, all guests are protected and cancellations "for any reason" will be refunded in the form of a travel voucher valid for travel through 2022.
Does the price include round-trip transportation from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa? How will we get from the airport to the hotel?
You are responsible for your own transportation. The price of your trip includes your flight and hotel costs. Europe has very affordable trains, buses, ubers, and taxis for your convenience.
Can I upgrade my room?
Absolutely! As long as the hotel has availability, you can ask me about upgrade options. We chose the most economical room rates for the standard package, but feel free to ask about upgrades. Feel free to go to the hotel’s website under “Rooms” or “Accommodations” to see the room offerings at each respective hotel. (For example, the "Eiffel Tower view" room category is available for the Paris hotel for an additional cost. Upgrade options will be provided along with your confirmed itinerary.
Can I travel with a companion that is flying from a different city than me?
Yes! Let us know which cities each guest is traveling from and we can arrange that. The standard trip is priced from JFK and ATL, however, we are able to provide a quote from other US cities.
What happens if I miss my flight, train, or ferry?
You are responsible for communicating with the airline in regards to any trip disruptions. You are responsible for any fees associated with disruptions. If you miss your flight, please contact the airline directly.
What if I need to cancel my trip and I did not purchase Travel Protection?
Please refer to the cancellation fee schedule at the bottom of your itinerary. If you purchased Travel Protection, ignore the fee schedule.
What is the benefit of using a Travel Agent versus booking on Expedia, Orbitz, or Travelocity.
This is an organized group trip, therefore, we prefer that all guests book through Just Book It Travel. Since everyone will receive a group discount, you’ll always pay less by using Just Book It Travel versus booking on your own. Just Book It Travel has been entrusted to keep the group organized and to keep the group informed of the weekend's festivities and traveling logistics. Stick and Move Entertainment will receive official RSVP lists from Just Book It Travel. Additionally, Just Book It Travel can arrange flexible payment plans, making your travel arrangements even more affordable and convenient.

Do I need to have my passport prior to making my deposit for the trip?
No! Passports are required at the time of travel. As long as you provide Just Book It Travel with your full legal name, you can arrange travel in advance. Instructions to apply for passports can be found here. Please allow 8-12 weeks for standard passport applications to process following your scheduled appointment with a passport "acceptance facility". If you do not obtain your passport prior to travel, you are responsible for any associated cancellation fees. Since the passport office is experiencing delays, we recommend that all guests apply for their passports immediately.
