The Sellers Wedding FAQ's

1. Can I bring a guest or guests with me to the wedding?

We are ​looking forward to celebrating with all of our friends and family. Feel free to bring as many guests as you'd like, but keep us informed so that we can ensure seating and other arrangements are made for them.

2. What does “All-Inclusive mean”?

All-Inclusive resorts offer: All you can eat (gourmet restaurants and buffets), All you can drink (premium alcohol, mixed drinks, daiquiris, and non-alcoholic beverages), Entertainment (the resort will have daily and nightly activities including shows and a disco), Water Sports , Room Service includes 24-hour room service of food. See Sandals Ochi website for a complete list of inclusions. (As a snippet, the resort has 16 restaurants, 11 bars, and an amazing beach)

3. What is the payment plan?

You make a $200 deposit to lock in your rate, flight, and room. Your remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the trip. You can choose to make partial payments in between or a lump sum payment when the balance is due.

4. How do I make payments?

Please visit to make a payment. You can pay via PayPal, Square Cash, Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, or Bank of America deposit. You will receive a formal emailed receipt with your remaining balance within 24-48 hours of your payment. Email to let us know that you’ve made a payment.

5. Can I purchase Trip Protection Insurance? Is my deposit refundable?

Just Book It Travel strongly recommends "cancel for any reason" travel protection insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or trip interruptions. Deposits are non-refundable without the purchase of insurance. Please refer to the cancellation schedule at the bottom of your itinerary for the refundable schedule. If you cancel 31 or more days prior to departure, you will receive all of your money back, except your deposit (if you do not purchase trip protection.) A "Cancel for any reason" trip protection insurance quote will be included when you "Request Travel Quote"for the trip.

6. Is round-trip ground transportation from the airport to the hotel included?

Yes! The price of your trip includes your transportation to and from the resort/airport. You will receive detailed Trip Instructions within 7 days of your trip that contains the instructions for your transportation. After landing and clearing customs, search for the Sandals lounge and a representative will guide you to your transportation.  You will enjoy free drinks and appetizers at the airport lounge while waiting.  (If you only book a hotel-stay and purchase your flights separately, please email your flight itinerary to to ensure that your transportation is arranged.)

7. Can I upgrade my room?

Absolutely! As long as the hotel has availability, you can upgrade your room to Ocean View, Swim-Out (pool outside your balcony), Ocean Front (Ocean outside of your balcony), VIP - Club Level (Butler Services), or any other upgraded room that your resort offers. Please visit the hotel’s website under “Accommodations” to see the room offerings available at your resort.

8. What is the benefit of booking with Just Book It Travel versus booking on Expedia, Orbitz, or Travelocity. 

We prefer that all guests book through Just Book It Travel. Since everyone will receive a group discount, you’ll always pay less by using Just Book It Travel versus booking on your own. Just Book It Travel has been entrusted to keep the group organized and to keep the group informed of the weekend's festivities and traveling logistics. Darrielle and James will receive official RSVP lists from Just Book It Travel. Additionally, Just Book It Travel can arrange flexible payment plans, making your travel arrangements even more affordable and convenient.

9. Can I travel with a companion that is flying from a different city than me?

Yes! Please indicate on your RSVP form which cities each guest is traveling from and it will be arranged and customized for you. Just Book It Travel can arrange travel from nearly any departure city.

10. What if I need to cancel my trip and I did not purchase Travel Protection?

Please refer to the cancellation fee schedule at the bottom of your itinerary. If you purchased Travel Protection, ignore this fee schedule.

11. Can I book just the hotel with the Just Book It Travel and book my flight separately?

Yes! The deposit to reserve just the hotel room is $50 per person. You can either contact Just Book It Travel to book your flight at a later time or you can book your flight separately. Just remember to send your detailed flight itinerary so that your ground transportation can be arranged.


12. Does Just Book It Travel offer a LOWEST RATE GUARANTEE?

Just Book It Travel has a "Price Match Guarantee" policy. If you find a cheaper rate, please send  an email with a detailed screenshot of the cheaper itinerary that you found to  If it is an apples to apples trip, you will receive the lower rate. Be sure that your screenshot includes flight times and flight fare class, # of adults/kids, ground transportation, and hotel room category. Sometimes, it is possible to find "Non-Refundable" trips online that are cheaper, but require full up front non-refundable payments (without payment plan options). It is also very common to find flights online that contain restrictions that do not allow you to select your seats next to your travel companion or prior to boarding (ie. Basic Economy flights). Be very careful when comparing online rates to ensure that you're booked in the Main Cabin fare class. Just Book It Travel attempts to find the lowest rate possible with the ability to make a flexible payment plan arrangement, the ability to pre-select flight seats, and with refundable options in the event of an emergency. If you find a lower rate that you are comfortable with, Just Book It Travel will be sure to meet or beat the rate that you've found. 

13. Is there a dress code for the wedding?

The bride and groom request that you dress in formal elegant attire. (Men in classic black suits)

14. Will there be any other events during the weekend that I should prepare for?

Yes. Please stay tuned for further information as the trip approaches. Just Book It Travel will provide an RSVP list and we will reach out to email addresses that have RSVP'd accordingly.

15. Does Just Book It Travel LOVE referrals?

Yes! This is a great question. Just Book It Travel is a woman-owned and managed small business that is 100% reliant on "word of mouth" referrals. If you are satisfied with the service that you've received, Just Book It Travel would appreciate that you tell all of your friends about the convenience of booking international trips with Just Book It Travel (destination weddings, corporate events, family vacations, honeymoons, etc) Also, feel free to leave a kind review at or subscribe to the YouTube channel. 


16. Do I need to have my passport prior to making my deposit for the trip? 

No! Passports are required at the time of travel. As long as you provide Just Book It Travel with your full legal name, you can arrange travel in advance. Instructions to apply for passports can be found here. Please allow 8-12 weeks for standard passport applications to process following your scheduled appointment with a passport "acceptance facility". If you do not obtain your passport prior to travel, you are responsible for any associated cancellation fees.  


17. What if the coronavirus is still around? I am uncertain about whether it will be safe to travel by the wedding.

Please keep in mind that because you're booking at the height of the coronavirus uncertainty, the airlines and hotels are offering a waiver on future changes and change fees for new flight/hotel itineraries booked  (This makes now through 5/30 the best time to book :)
