We ask that all guests please read our Q&A's. This will answer many questions that you will have in regards to traveling and logistics. Additionally, Kiani & Lulú, our Travel Coordinators are available to answer any of your questions and assist with booking the best deal for you!
Can I bring a guest or guests with me?
Invited guests are more than welcome to bring a "plus one". Since we are limited to the amount of guests that can attend our very intimate ceremony + reception, invited guests are more than welcome to bring additional travel companions and friends to enjoy the vacation with us, however, the wedding event itself is invitation-only and adults-only. Just Book It Travel can arrange travel for these additional friends and family members coming to vacation, but not attending the actual ceremony and reception.
When is the RSVP date?
The resort has limited availability (due to social distancing), therefore, we are asking for family and close friends to RSVP by February 15th by making a $200 per person deposit to secure flight & hotel reservations.
What is the wedding day dress code?
All guests must dress for a black tie event. (Men in dark suits and women in formal dresses.)

What does “All-Inclusive mean”?
All-Inclusive resorts offer: All you can eat (gourmet restaurants and buffets), All you can drink (alcohol, mixed drinks, daiquiris, and non-alcoholic beverages), Entertainment (the resort will have daily and nightly activities including shows and a night club), Water Sports (kayaking, paddle boarding, and other non-motorized water sports are typically included), Room Service includes 24-hour room service of food.
What is the payment plan? When is the final balance due?
After the deposit is made, your remaining balance is due on July 17th. You can choose to make partial payments in between or a lump sum payment when the balance is due. Reminders will be sent.
How do I make payments?
Can I purchase "Cancel for any reason" trip protection insurance? Is my deposit refundable?
Each guest will receive a quote for trip protection insurance. If you purchase insurance and cancel your trip, you'll be refunded all deposits and payments in cash. If you do not purchase insurance and cancel your trip, you'll be refunded via travel credits. We suggest that guests purchase trip protection insurance, which also includes vacation medical insurance, and lost luggage insurance especially due to current world uncertainties.
Does the price include round-trip transportation from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa?
Yes! The price of your trip includes shared transportation to and from the resort/airport. You will receive detailed Trip Instructions within 7 days of your trip that contains this information. (If you only book a hotel-stay (and book your flights separately), please fill out this form with your flight itinerary to ensure that your transportation is arranged.) If you prefer private transportation and a private driver waiting for you at the airport, please request it.
Can I upgrade my room?
Absolutely! As long as the resort has availability for your travel dates! See the Hotel Info page for room categories offered by the resort.
What if my potential travel companion (roomie) is TBD, unknown at this time, or not ready to book?
Time waits for no one :) Book without them and add them to your reservation at a later time. Since prices and availability are subject to change, be sure to reserve the room and/or your flight for just yourself and we can add them when they are ready. Solo occupancy hotel rates are sometimes higher than double occupancy. When we add your travel companion in the future, you'll recognize the double occupancy savings. Flight and hotel pricing for your travel companion will be refreshed as of the day that they get added to your package.
Can I travel with a companion that is flying from a different city than me?
Yes! Let Just Book it Travel know which cities each guest is traveling from and we can arrange that. Just Book It Travel can arrange travel from anywhere.
What if I need to cancel my trip and I did not purchase Travel Protection?
Please refer to the cancellation fee schedule at the bottom of your itinerary. If you purchased Travel Protection, ignore this fee schedule.
Can I book just the hotel with Just Book It Travel and book my flight separately?
Yes! The deposit to reserve just the hotel room is $50 per person. Just remember to send an email with your detailed flight itinerary so that Just Book It Travel can arrange your ground transportation. Also keep in mind that flight/hotel/transportation packages booked with Just Book It Travel will save you money from booking your flight separately.
What if I find a price that is cheaper than Just Book It Travel?
Just Book It Travel has a "Price Match Guarantee" policy. Just Book It Travel attempts to find the lowest rate possible with the ability to make a flexible payment plan arrangements, the ability to pre-select flight seats, and with refundable options in the event of an emergency. Online travel companies often offer non-refundable rates and basic economy flight tickets.
Will there be any other events during the weekend that I should prepare for?

Does Just Book It Travel LOVE referrals?
Yes! This is a great question. Just Book It Travel is a minority, woman-owned and managed small business that is 100% reliant on "word of mouth" referrals. Do I need to have my passport prior to making my deposit for the trip?
Passports are required at the time of travel. As long as you provide Just Book It Travel with your full legal name, you can arrange travel in advance. Instructions to apply for passports can be found here. Please allow 8-12 weeks for standard passport applications to process following your scheduled appointment with a passport "acceptance facility". If you do not obtain your passport prior to travel, you are responsible for any associated cancellation fees.
