1. May I bring a guest to Bali or guests with me to the wedding?
Yes! All are welcome to join the wedding festivities.
2. What are the passport rules for Bali?
United States citizens require a valid passport to enter Bali. The passport must be valid for six months after the arrival date and contain at least two blank pages, which the immigration officer stamps upon the visitor's arrival and departure.
3. Should I rent a car in Bali?
It is not necessary, nor advisable to rent a car in Bali. The Hard Rock Hotel Bali has shuttle that will take you to and from the airport.
4. What is the exchange rate in Bali?
The exchange rate is approximately IDR.13,000 = USD $1.00. See the most updated exchange rate here. There are ATM's all over the place that take Cirrus and Plus. Asia loves Visa and Master card so nearly all shops and ATMs take these cards, but very few restaurants and shops take American Express.
5. What is the payment plan?
You make a $300 deposit to lock in your rate, flight, and room. Your remaining balance is due 60 days of the trip. You can choose to make partial payments in between or a lump sum payment when the balance is due.
6. How do I make payments?
You can pay via PayPal, Square Cash, Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, or Bank of America deposit. You will receive a formal emailed receipt with your remaining balance within 24-48 hours of your payment. 7. May I upgrade my room?
Absolutely! As long as the hotel has availability!
8. What is the benefit of using a Travel Agent versus booking on Expedia, Orbitz, or Travelocity.
We prefer that all wedding guests book through Just Book It Travel. Since everyone will receive a group discount, you’ll never pay more by using us versus booking on your own. We are also able to more easily keep the group organized and informed by everyone booking centrally.
9. May I travel with a companion that is flying from a different city than me?
Yes! Let us know which cities each guest is traveling from and we can arrange that.
10. What if I need to cancel my trip and I did not purchase Travel Protection?
Please refer to the cancellation fee schedule at the bottom of your itinerary. If you purchased Travel Protection, ignore this fee schedule. For more information, please visit my trip protection page.
